What do qualified Transit expenses include?

Qualified expenses include any pass, token, fare card, or voucher that entitles an employee to transportation or mass transit facilities, or transportation provided for hire, if provided in a highway vehicle with a seating capacity of at least six adult passengers, excluding the driver.
