The State Labor Law Form only needs to be completed by client's working in New York or California.  Once the employee's deal memo is approved, they will be notified via email that they must complete the state labor law form in order to create a timecard.

Step 1: Under My Profile on the left, click PROJECT START WORK.

Step 2: Click ADD in the State Labor Law Form field.

Step 3: Select the Deal Memo, Work State (either NY or CA) and Primary Language from the drop down menus.

Step 4: Enter any other applicable Hiring Information.

Step 5: Click SUBMIT.
