To Activate: 

Action can be taken on prepaid cards with an Inactive status.


Step 1: Under Accounting on the left, click PREPAID CARDS then click MANAGE.




Step 2: Click ACTIVATE from the Actions drop down menu for the prepaid card you would like to activate.




NOTE: You cannot activate a prepaid card in less than 24 hours from time of order.


To Block: 

Action can be taken on prepaid cards with an Active status.


Step 1: Under Accounting on the left, click PREPAID CARDS then click MANAGE.



Step 2: Click BLOCK from the Actions drop down menu for the prepaid card you would like to block.




NOTE: Blocking is a temporary deactivation.  You can reactivate the prepaid card for future use.



To Unblock:

Action can be taken on prepaid cards with a Blocked status.


Step 1: Under Accounting on the left, click PREPAID CARDS then click MANAGE.




Step 2: Click UNBLOCK from the Actions drop down menu for the prepaid card you would like to reactivate.





To Terminate: 

Action can be taken on prepaid cards with an Active or Blocked status.


Step 1: Under Accounting on the left, click PREPAID CARDS then click MANAGE.




Step 2: Click TERMINATE from the Actions drop down menu for the prepaid card you would like to terminate.





Step 3: Click OK in the "Are you sure you want to terminate this card?" window.


WARNING: Terminating a prepaid card is immediate and NOT reversible.  Any remaining funds on the card will be returned to the main PEX business account upon termination.
