Step 1: From the Customers drop down menu, click RECEIVE PAYMENTS.

Step 2: Click RECEIVE PAYMENTS in the Select Currency to Receive Payments window.

Step 3: Select the account to deposit to from the Deposit To drop down menu.

Step 4: Enter the amount of the payment in the Deposit Amount field.

Step 5: Select the customer from the Select Customer drop down menu.

Step 6: Select the invoice(s) by checking the box in the Select column or clicking SELECT ALL.

Step 7: Click OK.

Step 8: Click OK in the Review of Payments to Receive window.

Step 9: From the Customers drop down menu, select BROWSE PAYMENTS to see all payments received.
