If you cannot remember your password, contact support at email@example.com or call 212-206-1099, Option 1.
Citrix Password: The password that was issued to you in your credentials email cannot be changed. If you cannot remember your password, a support team member will reissue a new one.
Accounting Software Password: Upon logging into the accounting software with the password issued to you in your credentials email, you can click OPTIONS then select CHANGE PASSWORD from the drop down menu.
If you changed your password and cannot remember it, a support team member will reset it for you and you will then be able to log in and reset your password again.
