What do I do if my App shortcut isn't working/it has disappeared? (Citrix)
If you find that the shortcut on your desktop for your GreenSlate Accounting application is no longer opening the application or is gone entirely, you may need to refresh the application in your Citrix Receiver.
Step 1: Open your Citrix Receiver.
If you see a GreenSlate icon
Step 2: Click on the down arrow next to your name and click REFRESH APPS.
If you do not see an GreenSlate icon
Step 2: Click on the down arrow next to your name and click ACCOUNTS.
Step 3: Make sure the Accounting account is added to the receiver.
