How to: Submit Digital Direct Deposit Authorization Form
Step 1: Click PROJECT START WORK on the left navigation.

Step 2: Click ADD next to "Checking/Savings Direct Deposit Form".

Step 3: Complete all required fields in the Fill-in Information section.

Step 4: Drag and drop, or select a void check or note from your bank to the uploader. Note: this is required, as it certifies the account.

Step 5: Click PREVIEW AND SUBMIT.
