How to: Sign the State Labor Law Form
The state labor law form will need to be signed if a deal memo is submitted for NY or CA. The employee can sign the state labor law form once their start form is approved or when they are submitting their first timecard.
To Sign Before Submitting Timecard:
Step 1: Click PROJECT START WORK on the left navigation.
Step 2: Click SIGN STATE FORM from the Actions drop down to the left of the start form.
Step 3: Click SIGN.
To Sign While Submitting Timecard:
Step 1: Fill out your timecard hours then click SUBMIT.
Step 2: The state labor law form will open in a new window automatically. Click SIGN.
