How to: Setup Filter and Report Codes
GreenSlate has set codes, location codes and episode codes to enable easier reporting. These codes can be required for budgeting or used just as filter codes that allow child account filtering capabilities in reports and in the browse windows.
Step 1: Click COMPANY and select the code type from the drop down menu.
Step 2: Click ADD NEW to add the new code.
Step 3: Fill out any required fields highlighted in yellow then click SAVE.
NOTE: If you would like to require the set codes, location codes, or episode codes for budgeting, you must contact GreenSlate Support and we will be happy to enable this feature for you.
GreenSlate also provides users with 3 free codes for each transaction. You can use these to further categorize and filter your transactions.
FREE CODE 1 is always used for timecard coding.
FREE CODES 2 & 3 are used for other types of coding.
Step 1: Click FREE CODES from the Company drop down menu.
Step 2: Click ADD NEW.
Step 3: Fill out required fields highlighted in yellow and click SAVE.
