How to: Use Manage Codes
Follow the steps below to enable/disable codes for your payroll and accounting transactions.
Step 1: Under the Project section on the left navigation, click MANAGE CODES.
Step 2: Click on the All tab and click ENABLE from the Actions drop down menu next to a code you would like to enable on your project.
Step 3: Click VIEW from the Actions drop down menu next to the code on the All or Enabled tab.
Step 4: Click ADD ITEM to add a new code.
Step 5: A new line will appear on the grid. Fill out the Code, Description, and Currency.
Step 6: Once you've added all the needed codes, click SAVE.
The code will be activated by default. If you need to deactivate a specific code, click VIEW from the Actions drop down on the All or Enable tab then click DEACTIVATE from the Actions drop down menu next to the code.
If you need to disable a code type entirely and no longer utilize it on transactions, click DISABLE from the Actions drop down menu next to the code on the All or Enabled tab.
