Can I enroll in a Health FSA if I’m contributing to an HSA?

You cannot enroll in a Full Purpose Flexible Spending Account; it must be a Limited Flexible Spending Account which reimburses dental, vision, and preventive expenses only. Note that your employer must offer a Limited Flexible Spending Account in order for you to enroll.
